A Learning Experience and Motivation for the Future.
Frisco SC proudly entered the NVT Soccer Tournament in Minnesota for the first time, with high hopes and fierce determination. Leading up to the event, our team embarked on an intensive training regimen under the guidance of Coach Consty and Coach Bovet. Their focus was clear—sharpen player skills, build stamina, and strengthen our tactical strategies.
The weeks before the tournament saw an increased emphasis on passing accuracy, defensive maneuvers, and set-piece execution. Competitive friendlies against teams from Texas and neighboring states helped refine our strategies, giving the team a solid foundation for the challenge ahead.
With a clear goal to bring home the trophy, we faced tough opponents in our pool matches. Despite our best efforts, injuries took their toll, and we ended the group stage with two draws and one defeat, falling short of advancing.
While we didn’t achieve our dream of lifting the trophy this year, the experience was invaluable. We return with fresh lessons, renewed motivation, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to compete at this level. Next year, with our newfound experience and a stronger, more cohesive squad, we’ll be ready to make an even greater push for victory.
The journey continues, and Frisco SC is more determined than ever.
